Everyone's welcome, whatever your level. Whether you've never picked up a club or you're playing off scratch, the simulator adapts to you, total beginners and seasoned low-handicappers alike. It's a relaxed, pressure-free way to learn, practise or just have fun.

Nothing to prepare. Just message us or book online through TrackMan, then turn up. No clubs and no prior knowledge required; we'll have everything ready and talk you through it when you arrive. Our first visit guide walks through the whole thing if you'd rather know in advance.

Yes. Reduced practice rates for golfers working seriously on their game, whether you're in PGA teaching/training, a club coach, or a competing professional. Get in touch and we'll sort you out.

Yes. We offer exclusive private venue hire: the whole place to yourselves for celebrations, team days and client entertaining. We host parties and celebrations like birthdays, stag and hen dos, work socials and work Christmas parties, with multiple bays side by side and snacks and drinks served straight to you, plus corporate and team days built around your numbers. Gift vouchers work for the golfer in your life too.

£13.50 per 30 minutes (£27 per hour) per bay*. Share a bay and the cost per person comes right down. We also offer packages and memberships for even better value.

Club hire is £10; balls and tees are included in your bay hire, along with the tech. Prefer your own clubs? Bring them along. Either way, just turn up and play.

Each bay comfortably fits a group of up to 4–6 players, making it ideal for friends, families or work outings.

Two players get round a full 18 holes in about an hour. Add players and it takes longer, because everyone's taking their turn in the same bay:

• 2 players, 9 holes — about 30 minutes
• 2 players, 18 holes — about an hour
• 3–4 players, 9 holes — about an hour
• 3–4 players, 18 holes — about two hours

For a first visit an hour is plenty: time to settle in, get the hang of it and hit plenty of shots without playing a full round. It's charged per bay in 30-minute blocks, so you can always extend on the day if you're having too much fun to stop.

Of course, spectators are very welcome. We're fully licensed, so anyone not playing can settle in with a drink and a bite and cheer the rest of you on.

Yes, every bay suits left- and right-handers alike, so lefties and righties can even share the same bay and take it in turns. Just turn up and play.

Drinks, yes, and snacks rather than meals. The bar is fully licensed and runs from Prosecco and beer through to juice, soft drinks and fresh coffee, all brought straight to your bay. Food is bar snacks, so if you're planning a longer party and want something more substantial, message us and we'll talk you through the options.

One of our three bays runs TrackMan, the launch monitor the tour pros use, and that's the one to ask for if you're practising and want the full numbers on every shot. The other two run ProTee VX launch monitors with GSPro, the same 4K courses and party games on the same screens — for a night out or a group, any bay does the job. Ask for the TrackMan bay when you book and we'll put you in it if it's free.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your slot and we'll move you to another time or refund the booked time — just call 07507 348241. Inside 24 hours we usually can't refill the bay, so the time counts as used, but ring us anyway and we'll do what we can.

Running late? Ring ahead and we'll hold the bay where we can, though your session still ends when it was booked to end. The full wording is in our terms and conditions.

Kids are always welcome, and it's a good way to get them into the game. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Yes, free on-site parking right outside the venue, so you can park up and walk straight in. Directions and travel times are on our find-us page.

No dress code here. Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Just turn up and play.

The data can look overwhelming at first, but a handful of numbers tell you most of what you need:

• Club speed: how fast the head is moving at impact; more speed means more potential distance.
• Ball speed: how fast the ball leaves the face, and the biggest factor in your carry.
• Smash factor: ball speed divided by club speed, showing how cleanly you struck it; around 1.50 is the goal off the driver.
• Launch angle: the angle the ball leaves the ground at.
• Spin rate: how much backspin it carries; together with launch angle this shapes how high and far it flies.
• Attack angle: whether you're hitting up or down on the ball (up with a driver, down with irons).
• Face angle: which way the face points at impact, controlling the direction the ball starts.
• Carry distance: simply how far the ball flies through the air.
